1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States & Canada. More territories coming soon!
2. How much is shipping?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for the United States & Canada: United States: $9.99, Canada: $12.99, Free shipping on orders $100 USD and up.
3. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within: United States: (5–10) Business Days
Canada: (8-14) Business Days.
Custom orders take a bit longer, United States (5-22) Business days
Canada (8-22) Business Days.
This includes the initial processing time to customize your order and the transit time.
4. Will my order arrive in one package?
Sometimes orders arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for return services. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped outside the US at this time.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or wrong size ordered.
8. Are any items final sale?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (excluding Moissanite Jewelry exceptions): Sale or clearance items. Personalized or custom items, Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and jewelry, Digital products & Gift cards
9. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. A 20% restocking fee applies if specific criteria aren't met (e.g., providing the GRA Certificate and original jewelry box for Fine Jewelry).
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing or production.
11. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated, contact us to investigate. Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Can I wear my ring while exercising? Yes! However, sweat and lotions can create a film on the stone. A quick rinse with mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush will restore its brilliance instantly.
Will the 925 Sterling Silver turn my finger green? This jewelry is made with authentic, hypoallergenic 925 Sterling Silver. While rare, high skin acidity can react with silver; simply wipe it with a soft cloth to keep it bright.
What is a Radiant Cut? It features 70 brilliant facets for a "crushed ice" look, offering more fire and sparkle than a traditional diamond.
