1. Where do you ship?

2. How much is shipping?
We offer simple, flat‑rate shipping for the United States & Canada.
• United States: $7.99 & Canada $14.99 Free shipping on orders $100 USD and up
3. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within:
• United States: 7–10 business days
This timeframe includes processing and transit.
4. Will my order arrive in one package?
Sometimes orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. This helps ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns for store credit and offer exchanges when available. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in original, unworn condition.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or wrong size ordered.
8. Are any items final sale?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing or production. Many items begin fulfillment quickly to ensure fast delivery.
11. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate. Lost packages due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
